In the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P4) whereby, petitioner was transferred from University College, Ghanaur to University College, Miranpur. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ petition, the petitioner has been transferred back to University College, Ghanaur vide order dated 12.08.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact mentioned above, present Writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
