Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioner to file a petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within one month from today, he be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
