Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order whereby the school-respondent No.6 was allowed to be upgraded from Nursery School to Secondary School. At the outset, Mr. Anil Chawla, learned counsel appearing for HUDA submits that vide order dated 04.03.2021, the permission has been withdrawn. The order passed by the authority is taken on record. He further submits that the prayer made in the petition has been rendered infructuous.
