(ORAL) CRM-22543-2020 Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the main petition as the parties have amicably resolved their issues and that the applicant intends to file fresh petition before the trial Court in view of the changed circumstances i.e. the parties having compromised the matter. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the main case i.e. CRM-M-16320-2020, which is fixed for 7.10.2020 is preponed and is taken on board today.

CRM-M-16320-2020 In view of the specific prayer made in the application for withdrawal of the main case, the application is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-16320-2020 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
