The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents and to initiate appropriate action against them. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
