Heard.

The dispute between the parties is with regard to plot No.513, Gobind Nagar, Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar (Punjab). The matter is of civil nature and petitioner can avail the remedy in civil suit or by filing a criminal complaint as she may deem appropriate. No reason to give direction to the police to register FIR is made out. Dismissed.
