The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. On 05.04.2024 learned counsel for the appellant had stated no instructions in the matter, hence, notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report, the sole appellant stands duly served. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. Mr. Manav Dhull, Advocate also pleads no instructions on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
