This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code ofCriminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.20 dated10.03.2020 under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran. Vide order dated 24.06.2020, the petitioner was directed to be released on interim anticipatory bail.

Today learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, has stated that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has fully cooperated. She is no longer required for any further investigation as of now.

In view of the above, the present petitionis allowed and the order dated 24.06.2020 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join the investigation as and when called for and shall also abide by all the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
