ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting-aside the order dated 16.07.2015 (Annexure P3) passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur as well as the summoning order dated 15.12.2015 passed in complaint No.68 dated 28.11.2013 filed under Sections 197, 198, 203, 420, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since respondent No.2/complainant namely Ruldoo Singh, has expired, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the trial Court for abatement of the proceedings. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner that in case any adverse order is passed by the trial Court, he may file a fresh petition challenging the same.
