(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to take action against the accused named in complaints (Annexure P-2 and P-3) dated 29.05.2017 as per law.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that purpose would be achieved if Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ajnala, District Amritsar - respondent No.3 is directed to decide representation dated 17.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) addressed to him and representations dated 29.05.2017 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) addressed to Chowki Incharge, Ajnala and SHO, Police Station, Ajnala, respectively, in a time-bound manner.
