(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.117 dated 23.09.2021 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar, Punjab.

Despite numerous opportunities has failed to comply with order dated 02.05.2022 to deposit `3,00,000/- with the trial Court and he has also failed to deposit `10,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee in defiance of order dated 27.09.2022 of this Court.
