H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and they have filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, before the Family Court at Moga, where their statements have been recorded on first motion and now the case has been posted for recording statements of the petitioners on second motion. It being so, the applicant does not want to proceed further with the present application and has instructed him to withdraw the same. Allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
