(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to handover the investigation in case FIR No.0165 dated 17.05.2017 registered under Sections 379-B, 148, 149, 323, 427, 452 and 506 IPC pertaining to Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind, to crime branch.

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that police has filed cancellation report in the aforesaid FIR.

Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
