(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 03.07.2017 under Sections 420/406 IPC registered at Police Station Machhiwara, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. According to the FIR, petitioner under the garb of sending the complainant and three other persons to Canada induced and cheated them for ` 21,00,000/-.

Heard.

In view of the totality of facts and circumstances and the fact that the human trafficking has increased manifold in the recent past in the State of Punjab, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required. Therefore, he does not deserve the concession of pre-arrest bail. Dismissed.
