At the outset, Mr. Gaurav Chopra, Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Ajiteshwar Singh, Advocate, appearing for the petitioner, has stated that the second last page of the impugned order is missing. Be that as it may. 2.

The order impugned in this writ petition is same as was impugned in Chandan Lal and Others v. The State of Haryana and Others (Civil Writ Petition No. 7230 of 2022), which has been disposed of by this Court on 28.04.2022.
