Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter.

Fresh notices were issued by the Registry. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1, 5, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 23 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2, 3, 4, 11, 14, 17 and 20 stand duly served. Appellant Nos.6, 7, 8 and 24 remain unserved as they are stated to be married and residing with their in-laws. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant Nos.1, 5, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 23 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant Nos.2, 3, 4, 11, 14, 17 and 20 despite service. This is the only address of the appellant Nos.6, 7, 8 and 24 which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view Yogesh Sharma 2024.05.28 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

RSA-492-2000 (O&M) -2thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
