**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 461 dated 16.12.2015 registered at Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh, Haryana under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 302, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC. Petitioner is the mother-in-law who is in custody since 24.12.2015. Her son Dharmender was married to Reena in February 2014. The unfortunate incident took place on 14.12.2015. The allegations are that there was demand of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The father went to the house of the accused to pay the amount and found his daughter missing and he had some apprehensions when he noticed blood stains on the floor. The dead body of his daughter and the grandchild was recovered at the instance of Dharmender. The body had been tied with bricks and was thrown in the canal. Petitioner was living in the same house. According to the prosecution, the incident occurred in the house.
