This is a petition under section 482 Cr.PC. seeking a direction for expeditious investigation of the case pursuant to FIR No. 68 dated 27.05.2015 at police station Dayalpura, district Bathinda.

There is nothing on record to show that investigation is not being conducted in a proper manner. FIR was registered as recently as in May 2015. No limitation is prescribed for completing the investigation. Petition is totally misconceived. Dismissed.
