By way of present writ petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 03.04.2024, Annexure P-17, passed by respondent No.3, whereby, licence of the petitioner has been cancelled under The Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985. Petitioner has also challenged the inquiry report, Annexure P-10. 2.

When confronted with the remedy of appeal, as laid down in Rule 32 (A) of The Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedy.
