Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No. 114 dated 30.6.2013 under Section 451, 323, 427, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and Section 452 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Sohana, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise dated 17.8.2014 (Annexure P-2) effected between the parties. Heard.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 has denied the factum of compromise.

In this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
