On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he had no instructions, and accordingly notice was issued to the appellant.

The notice has been received back with the report that appellants No. 1, 2, 4, and 6 to 8 have died; appellants No. 3 and 5 refused to accept the notice; and appellants No. 9 and 10 stand duly served, but none has put in appearance on their behalf.
