Petitioners who were facing trial in FIR No.456 dated 01.09.2016, registered under Sections 25 of Arms Act, Sections 365, 395, 452, 506 of the IPC and 3 of SC & ST Act at Police Station Punhana District Mewat, Haryana, have filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR (supra).

Today, no one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

On the other hand, learned State counsel informed the Court that after investigation, cancellation report was prepared on 27.10.2016 and the same was submitted before the Ilaqa Magistrate on 11.02.2022. 4.

In view of the supervening events, no further intervention is required. The instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 5.
