******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the cross-examination of complainant, petitioner had sought direction to him to produce his income tax return but his request was declined. Thereafter, the complainant had tendered income tax return and the petitioner could not have any opportunity to cross-examine him. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner and to take all the pleas raised in this petition, before the Court concerned at appropriate stage.
