" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.129 dated 18.10.2010 registered at Police Station Dirbha, District Sangrur under Sections 304A/279/427 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioner are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
