***** SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.49 dated 05.04.2015, under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 16.09.2015:- "Notice of motion fro 20.10.2015.

" Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Inderjit Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
