ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have approached this court, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing official respondents No.1 & 2 to step up the pay of the petitioners at par with Respondent No.3/their junior w.e.f. 10.03.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if their pending Legal Notice dated 16.03.2020 (Annexure P-7) is looked and decided by passing appropriate orders.

In the premise, without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to objectively consider the Legal notice dated 16.03.2020 (Annexure P-7) and decide the same by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
