The supplementary bail application has been filed in the light of earlier orders of this Court passed in bail application bearing CRM3M No.7736 of 2015 wherein due to pure clerical inadvertent error learned counsel for the petitioner had mentioned the name of petitioner Sikander Singh as son of Manjit Singh when it ought to have been Sikander Singh son of Surjit Singh.
