The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.139 dated 17.6.2007 registered for the offence under Section 304-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Ferozepur.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the present petitioner is husband of the deceased. The FIR is of 2007. The present petitioner has already been declared proclaimed offender. He is the main accused as per the FIR. In view the of the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner was already declared proclaimed offender, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.09.22 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-31390 of 2015 [2] is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
