This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 100 dated 22.07.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadhaura, district Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated October 06, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated October 06, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
