The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 1998. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that counsel who was representing the respondent, has since expired. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. On the last date of hearing also, the appellant remained unrepresented. 2.
As per the office report, notice issued to sole appellant has been received back unserved due to incomplete address and notice issued to the counsel for the appellant has been received back with the report that the counsel has left the practice. Even counsel for the respondent has also informed this Court that the earlier counsel for the respondent has expired. 3.
In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the appellant to seek its revival, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
