Mr. Sandeep Suri, Advocate with Mr. Sunil Aggarwal, Manager, For National Insurance Company.

**** As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representatives of the Insurance Company, (separately recorded), a sum of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) over and above, the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants, in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellants the enhanced amount would be paid to the appellants. Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) in the name of appellants with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of 45 days in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 9% interest p.a.

shall follow on this amount till the payment from the date of this order. The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/office shall issue proper receipt after receiving the cheque to learned counsel/representatives of the Insurance Company-respondent. The appellant(s)' counsel may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat. The above-said amount be disbursed as per the shares mentioned in the Award passed by the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of. Copy of the order/statement be supplied /sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the High Court.
