(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.39 dated 24.03.2019, registered at Police Station Division No. 7, Jalandhar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 376/384/325/323/506/34 of IPC and Section 67 of Information and Technology Act, 2000.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to marriage certificate (P-6) and photographs (P-8) to contend that he had solemnized marriage with the prosecutrix without any threat or pressure, as the prosecutrix can be seen dancing and enjoying the party on 28.02.2019. Further after registration of F.I.R, she had entered into compromise on 29.08.2019 (P-13). Apart from this F.I.R, the prosecutrix has not filed petition for dissolution of marriage on the basis of cruelty. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2019.

Keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail during pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Jalandhar.
