Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite repeated efforts, she has not been able to establish contact with the appellants. Even today, learned counsel has expressed his inability to proceed further in the matter as she continues to have no instructions or communication from the appellants.

It, therefore, appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
