The present transfer application has been filed under Section 24 as amended read with Section 151 CPC for transferring the petition filed by the respondent-wife under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 i.e. COMA No.4 of 2024, titled as "Poonam and another Vs. Rahul and others." The said suit is pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad, and the applicants seek transfer of the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Bhiwani.

Learned counsel for the applicant-husband confines himself to the limited prayer that the evidence of the applicant-husband, who is seeking transfer of the petitions filed by the respondent-wife be allowed to be recorded through video conferencing.

After perusing the orders passed by the trial Court, it has been transpired that this petition is pre-mature at this stage as the case in which applicant is seeking video conferencing facility for recording evidence of the VANITA 2025.05.06 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment

TA-458-2024 (O&M) applicant/respondent, the same is listed on 07.06.2024 for securing the presence of the respondents.

In the light of the above, petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court, which shall be considered accordingly. 5.

All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
