(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that during the pendency of present writ petition, the final result in respect of the post for which the petitioner was competing had been declared by the authorities and the total marks secured by the candidates have also been mentioned, while declaring the result, but unfortunately, the petitioner could not be selected for the post for which she was competing for. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the selection, in case, she is aggrieved against the same in any manner.
