(Oral) This is a petition for regular bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 110 dated 27.05.2014, under section 22/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has been in custody since July, 2015. Learned Addl.AG, on instructions from ASI Nachattar Singh, has stated that one out of seven witnesses have been examined and the prosecution undertakes to conclude its entire evidence within period of three months subject to the petitioner not obstructing the same. Resultantly it is directed that in case the prosecution does not conclude its entire evidence within three months as stated above(subject to the petitioner not obstructing the same), the trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail to its satisfaction.
