NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, Police Station, Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana, submits that in compliance of the order, dated 16.09.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim directions issued vide order dated 16.09.2015 are made absolute.The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
