Appellants No. 1 to 3 are reported to be dead whereas respondents No. 1, 6, 8 and 9 served but none has appeared. Respondents No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10 are reported to be dead and even both the counsels representing the appellants has since expired. 2.

This is appeal of the year 1999. In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, so there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
