The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal whereby an application under Section 319 CrPC was allowed and the petitioners were summoned to face trial under Sections 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 10 read with Section 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in FIR No.124 dated 25.04.2019 registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal. 2.

Learned State counsel states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2022 passed in CRM-M-67082022 and the main case before the Trial Court itself stands disposed off. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
