AMOL RATTAN SINGH J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of 'regular bail' to the petitioner in case FIR No. 388 dated 12.07.2016, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak, for the alleged commission of an offence punishable under Sections 379A, 392 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner having been in custody since 12.07.2016, and it not being denied that the complainant as also all other material witnesses have already been examined, as per learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ramesh Kumar, the petitioner also having been admitted to bail in two other cases stated to have been registered against him within a span of 02-03 days, without making any comment on the actual merits of the case for or against the petitioner, which would be obviously looked at by the trial Court in the trial itself, the petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be admitted to bail upon his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, further subject to any condition that would be laid down by that Court.
