Complaining wilful violation of the directions issued in Civil Writ Petition No. 15704 of 2021 titled as "MGNREGA Employees Association v. State of Haryana and Others, decided on 17.08.2021, the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 17.08.2021 reads as under:- "6.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed with directions to the competent authority to look into the objections of the petitioner (Annexure P-10) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present writ petition by treating the same as a supplementary writ petition and take a decision, in accordance with law.
