 . The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) is for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the minor child of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner, who is the father, was present in the morning session. He met his minor son$Medhansh Sharma who has been produced by the respondent No.2$Shivika Sharma, who is the mother.

In view of the above facts, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court at this stage.
