The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (old Section 482 Cr.P.C) for issuance of necessary directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to remove lien from the current account of the petitioner bearing No.59208467803322 with HDFC Bank, Bahadurgarh Branch, Bahadurgarh and if necessary, quash the cyber complaint bearing No. 21302260009244, dated 13.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 02.03.2026 (Annexure P-6) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and Mr. Namit Khurana, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 and has filed memo of appearance, which is taken on record.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 02.03.2026 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order, as expeditiously as possible.

It is, however, clarified that this order shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case nor shall it be treated as granting any immunity to the petitioner from any legal action, if otherwise warranted in accordance with law.
