MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.66 dated 25.04.2020 under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act (Sections 61 and 85 added later on in the FIR) registered at Police Station Odhan, Haryana. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and no recovery was effected from his conscious possession. In fact, he was nominated as an accused on the disclosure statement of accused Gora Singh from whose possession 1970 intoxicating tablets were recovered.

Heard.

No ground for grant of extraordinary concession of anticipatory bail is made out. More so, as per the admitted case of the petitioner himself he is involved in two other cases of similar nature which were committed as recently as on 20.11.2019 and 02.02.2020.

Dismissed.
