"#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Pardeep Kumar in case FIR No.93 dated 07.06.2014 registered at Police Station city Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 498A IPC.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 17.09.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation, is not controverted by learned State counsel.
In the light of what has been stated above and keeping in view that seven years have elapsed and there is no entrustment of Istri Dhan much less any breach of trust qua them, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.09.2014 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. $ "% "&'(&)*&+
