*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 23.07.2019 (P-1) whereby saving account of the petitioner has been attached. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, has informed the Court that no decision has been taken till date to de-freeze the bank account of the petitioner. Further the period of one year expired on 23.07.2020. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 to de-freeze the account of the petitioner, which was attached vide order dated 23.07.2019 (P-1).
