Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) CRM-30374-2015 After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicants are granted exemption from filing the certified copies of Annexures P-1 to P-5. Documents i.e Annexures P-1 to P-5 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-31490-2015 1.
Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for the issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to protect lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 9. The petitioners contend that they being SEEMA RANI 2015.09.16 14:43 I attest the accuracy and authencity of the document
Criminal Misc.No.M-31490 of 2015(O&M) [2] major, have solemnized their marriage in accordance with law. They further submit that respondent Nos. 5 to 9 are not accepting their marriage and are adamant to separate them from each other by resorting to illegal means. They further submit that in view of the imminent danger to their lives and liberty petitioner No.1 had already moved a representation (AnnexureP-5) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the matter but without going into the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, to take action as warranted by law on the representation moved by petitioner No.1 and in the meantime to issue necessary orders to ensure that no harm is caused to the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 9.
