ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.118 dated 02.04.2021, registered under Sections 295-A, 298, 153A, 153-B, 505, 149, 124-A, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District S.A.S. Nagar.

Counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the detailed order of even date passed in CRM-M No.17622 of 2021, vide which the interim protection granted to the co-accused of the petitioner has been confirmed. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not misused the concession of interim bail granted to him vide order dated 25.05.2021.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.05.2021, is made absolute.

It will be open for the Investigating Officer to issue an advance notice in writing to join the investigation to the petitioner, if so required.
