Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was given beatings in the police station by respondent No.4, as a result of which he has lost his hearing. To this effect, he has moved complaint to SHO, Police Station Sahlawas and Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure P-5 and P-6. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any legal action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
