In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to take action on the representation dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure P-3, Colly.), moved by the petitioner with a prayer for registration of FIR against respondents No. 4 and 5 under appropriate Sections of Indian Penal Code for committing fraud of ` 8,75,000/- with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to decide the representation dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure P-3, Colly.) moved by the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure P-3, Colly.), moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to her, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
